The crew called ahead of their arrival and actually said they could come earlier in the day. They explained to me what they were going to do. They also looked at my roof for damage and shingle loss. Although they found none, they told me they would take pictures if they found anything. The clogs in our downspouts were cleaned and they removed all the debris and cleaned up any messes. Since then we have had a downpour and we've had no issues! William sent an invoice via Yelp and I paid online. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again!!
